This recipe is one of my favourites – not only because I’m a huge fan of broccoli soup, but because it’s easy and quick to make (I hate having to overthink my food sometimes!)
This recipe will likely serve more than two people but you can freeze any leftovers and use for another day!
Recipe:
1 head of broccoli cut into smaller pieces
2 avocados
500 ml chicken bone broth or vegetable stock
1 garlic clove
1/2 onion chopped
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp sea salt (option to add more)
