Turmeric Latte Recipe

Did you know that turmeric has powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties? It also accelerates your metabolism and has been used in India for years as a medicinal herb. I love drinking my turmeric latte’s later in the day when I want to avoid any caffeine in what I am drinking. With the Whole30 I struggled to find a way to make it that was honestly drinkable and I recently found the missing ingredient: coconut water! I kid you not – here’s my recipe for Turmeric Lattes that are sugar and dairy free!

Turmeric Latte:

1 tsp of turmeric powder
1/4 vanilla extract
1/4 cinnamon
1 spoonful cashew butter
Heat sugar free coconut milk
Add 1/4 cup of coconut water (or more for more sweetness)
Blend ingredients together and serve!
