Worthiness isn’t a belief you think your way into — it’s a state the body learns through experience. This visualisation gently rewires old associations between receiving and self-doubt.

Journal Prompts
1. Where did I first learn that I had to earn love, approval, or support?
Allow one memory to arise.
2. What did receiving mean in my family or childhood environment?
Safe? Unsafe? Inconsistent? Conditional?
3. How does my body respond when I think about receiving more?
Tightness? Softness? Resistance?
4. What would shift if I believed I was inherently worthy of ease, support, and abundance?
Let your body answer, not your mind.
Body-Based Inquiry
Place a hand on your chest or belly and ask:
“What part of me still believes I need to earn abundance?”
Notice where that part lives in your body.
Then ask:
“What does this part need today?”
Closing Affirmation
“My worthiness is not earned.
It is remembered.”
“I am safe enough to believe I deserve more.”
