DAY 10 – The Energy of Enoughness
EMBODIED PRACTICE: “Resting in Enough”
Purpose:
To introduce the body to the felt sense of sufficiency and pause.
Duration:
6:48 minutes
Why it works:
Urgency narrows perception and availability. This practice helps the body experience enoughness as a state it can return to, reducing the impulse to push or overdo.

Enoughness Reflection
Journaling + Awareness Exercise
Reflection Prompts
1. Where in my life do I feel constant urgency or pressure?
List a few areas.
2. What would change if I related to this area from ‘enough’ instead of ‘not enough’?
3. How does urgency show up in my body?
(Tight chest, racing thoughts, shallow breath, restlessness?)
4. How does enoughness show up — even briefly?
Enoughness Inquiry
Complete the sentences:
- “Today, I have enough ___.”
- “In this moment, I am enough ___.”
- “I can let myself pause when ___.”
Let your answers be simple and grounded.
Closing Statement
Read slowly:
“Enough is not a future achievement.”
“Enough is available in this moment.”
“I allow myself to rest here.”
