DAY 2 – Gratitude as an Expander

SOMATIC GRATITUDE PRACTICE

Purpose:
To help your body register support and goodness in a way that feels real and stabilising, rather than conceptual.

Duration:
7:22 minutes

Why it works:
When gratitude is felt in the body, it shifts perception and orientation. This practice trains your system to notice what is already supporting you, which gently expands your capacity to receive more.
