AWARENESS PRACTICE:  “Where My Energy Goes”

Purpose:
To recognise where your energy is being stretched and where gentle boundaries can restore balance.

Duration:
6:27 minutes

Why it works:
Boundaries become sustainable when they’re felt, not forced. This practice increases sensitivity to internal limits and needs.

Gentle Boundary Shift

Identify one small boundary you could experiment with this week:

Examples:

  • taking longer to respond
  • saying no without explanation
  • asking for support 
  • scheduling rest first
  • leaving earlier
  • pausing before agreeing
