To recognise where your energy is being stretched and where gentle boundaries can restore balance.

Gentle Boundary Shift
Identify one small boundary you could experiment with this week:
Examples:
- taking longer to respond
- saying no without explanation
- asking for support
- scheduling rest first
- leaving earlier
- pausing before agreeing
